For a newborn, you need a FULL RECLINE stroller. That is the only safe position for a newborn. Most come with adjustable recline positions and a baby should not be completely upright until 6 months and can sit alone.
That said, the best stroller for us had been the Graco Metrolite stroller. It has all of the features of a full-size stroller but only weighs 17 lbs. It comes in a variety of colors…even pink for your little girl. It has a large storage basket that you can pull down even if the seat is fully reclined to get what you need, 2 parent cup holders, a child snack tray and cup holder. My son is 35 lbs and 37 inches tall at 20 months old and he still has room to grow with it. He’s a big boy so you should get lots of use out of it!
